Are you looking to drop in for a session? We would love to meet you! Drop-ins must pay and register before arriving at the facility.

IMPORTANT: From July 13th to July 27th we will be making temporary changes to the programming. Condado Fitness will be running Open Gym Classes.

BEFORE CLASS

We recommend arriving at the gym 10 minutes before class for check-in. This will allow time for our Front Desk staff to get you checked into class and show you around the facility.
Say hello to whoever is at the front desk and mention that it is your first time. They’ll get you taken care of.
If you can not make it 10 mins prior to the start of class, we highly encourage you to sign up for the very next session so that our coaches and staff can provide you with the attention you deserve.
We want you to bring your good vibes! We truly believe in making our gyms a space where members can check their stress at the door. In our gyms you’ll find a community built on sweat and support, all are welcome here. All we ask is that you show up, bring a smile, and get in a great workout. It’s that simple.

DURING CLASS

CONDADO FITNESS Classes are Coach-led group-based functional fitness classes. Every class you will be led through a warm-up, get strong through a strength session, and get sweaty with a conditioning workout.
Absolutely! Our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow all athletes to workout at their own pace.
Our Coaches are trained to modify and make adjustments to the workout on the fly to meet you where you are.
Wear athletic clothes that are comfy for you to sweat and move in.
Most athletes wear traditional cross-training shoes suitable for cardio & strength training.

AFTER CLASS

Yes! Our gym have showers that you are free to use. Towels can be rented at the front desk.
Awesome! Schedule your next workout.
Make sure to also take time to stretch and mobilize post-workout to give your muscles a much needed recovery and help reduce soreness.
